Installation

  1. Navigate to the latest release page

  2. Download isekai-chrome-extension.zip from the Assets section

  3. Extract the ZIP file to a permanent location on your computer

  1. Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/

  2. Enable Developer mode using the toggle in the top-right corner

  3. Click Load unpacked button

  4. Select the extracted isekai-chrome-extension folder

  5. The extension icon should appear in your toolbar

  1. Download the ZIP file from GitHub releases

  2. Right-click the ZIP file and select Extract All…

  3. Choose a permanent location (e.g., C:\Program Files\IsekaI Chrome Extension\)

  4. Important: Unblock the files if Windows marks them as downloaded from the internet:

    • Right-click the extracted folder
    • Select Properties
    • Check Unblock at the bottom
    • Click Apply to all files
  5. Follow the browser installation steps above

  1. Download the ZIP file from GitHub releases

  2. Double-click the ZIP file to extract (or use unzip in Terminal)

  3. Move the extracted folder to a permanent location (e.g., ~/Applications/isekai-chrome-extension/)

  4. Important: If macOS shows a security warning, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and allow the extension

  5. Follow the browser installation steps above

  1. Download the ZIP file from GitHub releases

  2. Extract using file manager or terminal:

    unzip isekai-chrome-extension.zip -d ~/opt/isekai-chrome-extension
  3. Ensure proper permissions:

    chmod -R 755 ~/opt/isekai-chrome-extension
  4. Follow the browser installation steps above

After installation, pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access:

  1. Click the Extensions puzzle icon in your browser toolbar

  2. Find Isekai in the list

  3. Click the pin icon next to it

  4. The extension icon will now appear in your toolbar

The extension includes default keyboard shortcuts:

  • Open Popup: Ctrl+Shift+I (macOS: Cmd+Shift+I)
  • Open Console: Ctrl+Shift+L (macOS: Cmd+Shift+L)

You can customize these shortcuts:

  1. Navigate to chrome://extensions/shortcuts (or edge://extensions/shortcuts)
  2. Find Isekai in the list
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit shortcuts

When a new version is released:

  1. Download the new ZIP file from GitHub releases

  2. Extract to the same location as your current installation (overwrite existing files)

  3. Go to your browser’s extensions page

  4. Click the reload icon on the Isekai extension card

  5. Verify the new version number in the extension details

  1. Configure your API URL and API key

  2. Learn how to use the popup and console

  3. Start processing sales automatically
